Air purification projects generally include clean room building decoration system, purification air conditioning system, water system, electric system, air system, etc. 

The air purification project is to control the temperature, humidity, illuminance, cleanliness, and static electricity phenomenon in the clean room, so as to meet the specific process requirements. The air purification project has obvious effects in improving product quality.

According to foreign literature reports, products manufactured in the 10000 and 100 clean rooms of semiconductors have passed the pressure test in the 100 clean room and the external atmosphere. For transistor coating and diffusion, the performance distribution of products in a class 100 clean room is concentrated, and the peak appears in the place of higher performance. The performance of the product in the atmosphere is extremely dispersed and the performance is extremely unstable. It can be seen that 

(1) whether there is air purification or not, the product yield is very different.

 (2) In order to improve product quality, not only the environment in which the product is produced needs to be clean, but the production of its key raw materials and ingredients should also be carried out in a clean environment. Nothing can be absolute, nor can the role of air cleaning technology be absolute, nor can the effect of improving product quality be attributed to it. According to the analysis of foreign materials, for the semiconductor component sector, for example, the role of air cleaning technology in improving product quality accounts for about 20% of the entire production, while the automation of the production process accounts for 60%, and other factors account for 20%. Of course, after the problem of the production process has been solved, air purification is the main contradiction. For example, very large-scale integrated circuits can hardly be produced without a clean environment. Industries and sectors that require air purification include electronics, precision machinery, aerospace, chemical industry, printing industry, nuclear energy industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, hospital, animal experimentation, injection molding industry, etc.
