Data Center Ceiling

Pre-fabricated and factory-manufactured aluminum structural ceiling framework featuring continuously threaded slots.

The framework comprises primary runners with precise notches for accurate placement and  connection of fitted structural tees using straightforward four-screw connectors. Designed to accommodate power modules, lighting fixtures, cable trays, partitions, and other attachments.

Load-bearing capabilities based on building connection intervals set at 1200mm centers.

Maximum point load at midspan of 1.7 kN.

Maximum uniform load across the grid of 2.4 kN/m2.

All connections engineered with a safety factor of 2. 

System mass:

- For a 600mm x 600mm grid: 40 N/m2

- For a 600mm x 1200mm grid: 30 N/m2

Spacing between grid members' centers can be customized to suit project-specific requirements.
