Maximum Fire Protection for Your Cleanroom

In pharmaceutical and chemical industries, safety is non-negotiable. Our Rockwool Cleanroom Panel uses high-quality basalt fibers, ensuring the core remains non-combustible even under extreme temperatures. Unlike low-quality clean room wall systems, Wonclean panels maintain structural integrity, providing a reliable fire barrier for your critical facilities.

Expert FAQ on Rock Wool Panels

What makes your rockwool panels fireproof?

Our rock wool is made from natural volcanic rock (basalt). It has a melting point above 1000°C. This makes our rockwool sandwich panels a Grade A fire-rated material that won't release toxic smoke during a fire.

Can these panels help with noise reduction?

Yes! The fibrous structure of rock wool is excellent at absorbing sound waves. If your cleanroom has loud machinery, our panels will significantly reduce noise pollution compared to EPS or Paper Honeycomb alternatives.

How do you ensure the rockwool doesn't sag?

We use High-Density (120kg/m³+) rock wool and a specialized manual bonding process. This ensures the core is tightly packed and won't settle or sag, keeping your clean room partitions flat and stable for years.

PU cleanroom panel

PU cleanroom panel

Overview: PU cleanroom panel is a composite building panel featuring a rigid polyurethane foam core laminated between two metal or composite facing sheets. Specifically engineered for controlled environments, this panel system provides outstanding thermal insulation, structural integrity, and surface hygiene, making it a preferred solution for applications where energy efficiency, airtightness, and ease of installation are key priorities.

clean room wall penels

PIR cleanroom panel

Overview: PIR cleanroom panel utilizes polyisocyanurate foam cores with sealed metal skins. Its closed-cell structure delivers superior thermal insulation (λ≈0.022 W/m·K) and improved fire resistance (up to Class 0/B-s1,d0). The seamless surface ensures particle-free cleanliness, supporting contamination control. While offering better fire performance than standard PU panels, it carries similar weight and cost considerations, balancing energy efficiency with enhanced safety for regulated cleanroom environments.

clean room wall penels

Duct cleanroom panel

Overview: Duct cleanroom panel integrates ductwork within an insulated panel, typically with PU or rock wool cores and sealed metal surfaces. Its non-porous, airtight construction ensures particle-free air distribution, while the core insulation supports temperature control. Though heavier and more complex to install, it provides space-saving HVAC solutions and meets cleanroom hygiene and efficiency standards.

Magnesium Oxide Rock Wool cleanroom panel

Magnesium Oxide Rock Wool cleanroom panel

Overview: Magnesium Oxide Rock Wool cleanroom panel is a composite building material that combines a magnesium oxide (MgO) board surface with a rock wool insulation core. This design integrates the structural stability and fire resistance of MgO with the excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties of rock wool, making it a highly specialized solution for controlled environments.

Aluminum Honeycomb cleanroom panel

Aluminum Honeycomb cleanroom panel

Overview: Aluminum Honeycomb  cleanroom panel is an advanced composite panel system specifically engineered for high-performance controlled environments. Consisting of a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core laminated between two rigid facing sheets, this structural panel combines exceptional mechanical strength with minimal weight. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern precision manufacturing and research facilities, it represents a premium solution for applications where flatness, stability, and lightweight construction are critical.

HPL cleanroom panel

HPL cleanroom panel

Overview: HPL cleanroom panel is a specialized cleanroom building material that utilizes high-pressure laminate as the surface layer, typically combined with a core material such as aluminum honeycomb, PU foam, rock wool, or solid HPL board. It is widely used in environments that demand high cleanliness, durability, chemical resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

Insulated cleanroom panel

Insulated cleanroom panel

Overview: Insulated cleanroom panel is a type of composite panel designed for cleanroom environments, consisting of an insulating core material sandwiched between two surface layers. The core is typically made of materials such as polyurethane (PU), rock wool, expanded polystyrene (EPS), or phenolic foam, while the surface layers are usually made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or high-pressure laminate (HPL). This structure provides excellent thermal insulation, airtightness, and a smooth surface, making it suitable for various controlled environments.

clean room wall penels

EPS cleanroom panel

Overview: EPS cleanroom panel features expanded polystyrene foam cores with metal or composite skins. The lightweight EPS core provides good thermal insulation (λ≈0.035 W/m·K) at low cost, while the smooth surface maintains cleanliness. However, its limited fire rating and lower structural strength restrict its use to less critical cleanroom areas, offering a cost-effective solution for general industrial or packaging cleanrooms where strict fire codes are not mandated.

cleanroom wall panels

Clean room Demountable partition wall

Overview: Cleanroom demountable partition wall is a reusable, modular wall system engineered for controlled environment flexibility. Featuring insulated panels (e.g., PIR, rock wool) with airtight seals, it enables rapid reconfiguration of cleanroom layouts without major construction. Ideal for temporary or expandable facilities, it supports ISO classification compliance while reducing renovation time and cost, commonly used in pharmaceutical pilot labs and R&D environments.
