An aluminum honeycomb cleanroom panel is a sandwich panel built by bonding two thin metal facings to a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core. The honeycomb geometry behaves like thousands of tiny I-beams, so the panel is extremely flat and rigid while staying remarkably light. It carries an A-grade non-combustible rating, an anti-static, wipe-clean surface and excellent dimensional stability — the preferred board for high-grade flush walls and accessible cleanroom ceilings.
Because the core is air-filled aluminum rather than a mineral fill, the panel is much lighter than an insulating board and stays perfectly flat over long spans — but it offers less thermal and acoustic insulation. Where fire-rated thermal and sound performance matter most, use the rock wool panel or the all-inorganic magnesium oxide rock wool panel; honeycomb is chosen for weight, flatness and ceiling strength.

The honeycomb core gives exceptional flatness (≤ 2 mm/2 m) that holds across long spans. For export, panels are stacked flat, film-wrapped with corner protectors and crated in plywood boxes, with clear unloading and handling guidance to avoid edge damage.
