1. Color steel sandwich panel
Color steel sandwich composite board, referred to as color steel sandwich panel . It is made of sandwich material (flame retardant self-extinguishing polystyrene board, polyurethane material, gypsum board, rock wool board, paper honeycomb board, aluminum honeycomb board, etc.) using special high-strength glue and color steel plate surface layer composite, after heating, It is made by pressing and curing. The sandwich material used is different, its performance and construction technology are also different, now it is divided into the following:
(1) Polystyrene color steel sandwich panel
The color coated steel plate (referred to as color steel plate) is used as the surface layer, and the flame-retardant self-extinguishing polystyrene plate is used as the core material. The two-component glue is sprayed on the upper and lower sides of the core material through an automatic compound molding machine (horizontal plate making machine) ) It is compounded with the color steel plate coils located on the upper and lower sides of the core material, which is pressurized to form a composite sheet, and cut according to the required length. The quality of the board should be flat (no traces of rolling) and regular (the edge of the board is perpendicular to the surface of the board, otherwise the size of the gap on both sides of the seam will be uneven). Its strength is mainly related to the density of the core board, the thickness of the surface color steel plate, the quality of the glue and the processing environment temperature. The surface of the plate used in the clean room should be a flat plate, no edge pressing is allowed, and the thickness of the composite plate is 50 mm.
(2) Rock wool color steel sandwich panel
There are two types: manual board and machine-made board. Rock wool is loose and has no strength. It relies on the surface layer color steel plate, interlayer inner steel belt and plate edge thin channel steel to compound to increase its strength. When opening holes on site, the size is limited, and the plates cannot be cut arbitrarily on site. The ceiling hanging connection technique is strong. The air outlet opening on the top plate should be sealed, otherwise the rock wool will fly everywhere. The board is heavier than polystyrene color steel sandwich board, and construction and installation are more difficult.
(3) Paper honeycomb color steel sandwich panel
The fire-retardant paper honeycomb sandwich panel is laminated with special high-strength glue and color steel plate, and is supported by a special aluminum alloy keel. After being heated, pressurized, and cured, it is formed. Compared with other sandwich panel machines, it has light weight, good straightness, beautiful appearance, scientific joints, and good fire resistance. Because its core material uses a unique hexagonal structure, it has high compressive strength.
(4) Aluminum honeycomb color steel sandwich panel, similar to paper honeycomb color steel sandwich panel, with better flame retardant performance.
(5) Color steel plate installation profile
There are many types of color steel plate installation profiles, most of which are made of aluminum alloy materials. Some of their surfaces are only oxidized, and some are sprayed. The cross-section of some matching profiles is shown in the figure below.
2. Metal plate material
Commonly used metal plates include stainless steel plates, carbon steel plates, electrolytic steel plates, and aluminum plates. Use section steel or light steel keel as the supporting framework, use metal plate to finish, paste the insulation layer on the back of the metal plate, and spray the required coating on the surface of carbon steel plate and electrolytic steel plate. Features of the clean room made of this material:
(1) There are no joints on the surface, which can prevent dust from breeding bacteria, and it is multi-purpose to clean the operating room.
(2) The shape of the room is convenient, which can well meet the requirements of the clean room on the wall.
(3) For carbon steel plate and electrolytic steel plate, it is necessary to spray antibacterial coating on the surface. If the rust removal and joints are not treated well, it will affect the appearance and reduce the service life. If there is no good spraying environment, it will have a great impact on the quality and life of the surface coating. In this regard, the surface coating quality of the color steel sandwich panel is not as high as that of the color steel sandwich panel, because the color steel plate is factory-produced in the production workshop, and the coating quality is guaranteed.
Three, pasteboard materials
Mainly include aluminum-plastic panels, fire-resistant panels, artificial stone, etc. The aluminum composite panel is easy to model, rich in color, and convenient to construct. However, it is prone to aging, short life span, difficult to handle joints, and easy accumulation of dust to breed bacteria. The fireproof board has a smooth surface, high strength, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, convenient construction, but the joints are not easy to handle.
With the development of the building materials industry, different uses and different types of decorative panels continue to appear, as long as they can meet the requirements of fireproof, moisture-proof, beautiful, clean, antistatic and other clean rooms for plates, and there are special connecting materials or joint welding materials , With matching arc corner materials, these decorative panels can be used in clean rooms.
Four, clean room floor decoration materials

General requirements for floor materials: good wear resistance, anti-slip, anti-static, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, not easy to dust and crack, simple secondary construction, few or no joints.





Commonly used floor decoration materials:

(1) Ground with copper-inlaid terrazzo
Its characteristics are cast and ground on site, good integrity, smooth and wear-resistant, not easy to dust, washable, anti-static, non-elastic, not very comfortable, low price, monotonous in color, and poor in aesthetics.
(2) Solvent-free epoxy self-leveling ground
It is composed of three layers of primer, middle and top coating on a qualified floor substrate. The composition of each coating material is different, the thickness is different, and the effect is also different. According to the requirements of the working environment, the middle coat and top coat can be applied multiple times to form a self-leveling ground of different thickness. Features: No joints, good integrity, no dust, smooth and wear-resistant, not resistant to sharp objects, and can be made into an anti-static floor. Rich in colors (green, blue, yellow, gray, etc.), good visual effects, strong batching construction skills, and strict requirements for grassroots treatment. It is currently widely used in clean rooms.
(3) Adhesive floor
①Permanent PVC anti-static floor
Its characteristics: The surface is smooth, very flexible, and the structure is uniform. It is composed of colored polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets coated with special conductive liquid on the surface, and is statically extruded into a solid PVC block, which has good anti-static, decorative effects and resistance The mill is easy to clean. Sheet specifications: 600×600×2.0㎜; 600×600×3.0㎜.
②PVC soft board
Polyvinyl chloride soft board is a coiled material processed and formed with polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material. It is a floor material widely used in clean rooms. This kind of coil has certain elasticity, is relatively wear-resistant, does not dust, has good mechanical properties, and is corrosion resistant. But it is not resistant to sharp objects, and the static electricity accumulation is large. Usually, the coil is cut into plates according to the required size, pasted on the processed ground base layer, and then welded with welding rods of the same material as the floor to form a whole.
